Our Visit to Ronald McDonald House
On our last trip to Denver, Ian Laperriere was gracious enough to join us at Ronald McDonald House as we made a $2000 donation of the proceeds from the "It's All About Lappy" shirts. He signed hockey sticks for each of the kids, took pictures and patiently answered all of their questions...
"What's your name?" "How old are you?" "What's your name?" "Who's your best friend?" "What's your name again?" "What's your favorite number?" "How old is Joe Sakic?" "Who is the guy on your team with the sqiuggly hair?" "Do you have a hockey rink in your house?" ...and so on...
It was a great day for the kids and families, and for us too.
Many thanks to Ian for taking time out of his busy schedule to accompany us. It meant a lot to everyone.

My initial order was for 30 shirts...I never imagined that we'd sell over 200 of them. THANKS AGAIN TO EVERYONE FOR ALL THEIR SUPPORT IN MAKING THIS PROJECT A SUCCESS!!
