After scoring a career-high 21 goals last season, forward Ian Laperriere is not promising a repeat of his big offensive season. He does acknowledge he is one of several players who needs to produce to help make up for the losses of Tanguay and Blake. "With everybody pushing and doing a little bit more offensively, I think we'll be able to cover the void." --Rocky Mountain News, September 15, 2006
Congratulations! Ian Laperriere has been named to Pierre McGuire's 2005-2006 "All-Monster" Team, which honors NHL players who are consistent, hard-working and who elevate not only their own play, but the play of those around them.
